The mission of the UDO is to serve the residents of Upper Dorchester County by empowering and strengthening the communities in which we live. We endeavor to partner with local agencies, organizations, and individuals to provide information and activities that will create an awareness of self and others; promote healthy lifestyles; emphasize the importance of a strong family unit; provide mentoring to adults and youth; and assist individuals in acquiring life skills that will improve their quality of life.
